Who will have access to my classes, amenities, and facilities?

Follow these 3 steps:


1. Sign in to the partners portal and click on “Check-ins to confirm” on the left side panel.
2. Click the “Refresh” button to view any new check-ins that have recently occurred.
3. Choose “Validate” to ensure Gympass visitors have all been accounted for.

How do I validate a Gympass member's check-in?

Gympass partners with over 50 of the top booking and club management systems across the globe. By integrating with us, your schedule and facility information will be visible to all Gympass members making their experience as seamless as possible. 
Follow these steps to request the integration:


1. Log in to the partner portal.
2. Click on "Integration" on the left side column.
3. Select the management system you currently use.

How can I integrate my management club system with Gympass?

How can I get in contact with the Gympass support team?

Your most important free tool. On the portal, you can set up your business profile with up-to-date information for Gympass members. You also have access to performance charts, payment details, and the option to integrate your club management system with Gympass. Partner portal tips:


- Upload high-quality images
- Include your daily hours
- Describe amenities and services offered
- List classes and workouts for members

What is the partner portal?

If the check-in validation doesn't work, double-check the following:


- The member's plan is currently active
- The member is within 200 meters of the gym
- The member arrived within 20 minutes of the start of the booked class
- The member hasn't already used their daily check-in
- The member is logged into the correct Gympass account
- The member's plan covers the gym or activity


If you're still experiencing issues validating the check-in, please follow the instruction below:


1. Collect the member's 13 digit Gympass ID. The user can locate this ID at the top of the homepage when they're logged in. 
2. Click in the link below and fill in all the requested information in the form to request the manual validation for the failed check-in.


Visits from past months will not be accepted.
