A 10 digit code you can use to access gyms. Please note that if you are looking to visit a 24/7 gym, you cannot use your Daily Token for access and you'll need to visit the specific gym page on our website. to get access.
It must be issued on the day you go to the gym, and is valid until the end of that same day.
If you want to go to the gym on another day, present the Daily Token issued on that particular day. You can't pre-issue Daily Tokens for future dates.
Your Daily Token is personal and non-transferable, as are any day passes or unlimited plans.
You can issue and access your Daily Token in several ways.
1) Download the Gympass app
2) Login or register.
3) Click on My Daily Token to get your Daily Token.
1) BEFORE LEAVING #%{to#_the#_gym}, go to the Wellhub website and log in or register.
2) Click on My Daily Token.
IMPORTANT: Never give your Gympass login details or password to the gym. They cannot access user accounts, so make sure you get your daily token before you leave to go to the gym.
First, register your mobile phone number. Note you can only have one mobile number registered per account and a number cannot be registered on two different accounts..
1) On the day you want to go to the gym, send an sms from that same mobile phone to +447481340610 with the message #gympass
2) You will receive your Daily Token via SMS.
Validation must be performed as soon as the user arrives at the venue, whether this is by Check In, Daily Token or PIN code required by 24/7 gyms., the venue is not allowed to ask the user to, and the user is not allowed to, perform the Check In, or provide the Daily Token or PIN code required by 24/7 gyms at any time other than the beginning of a visit. The user is also not allowed to do this on their own accord..
Validations without the customer are fraud, and can lead to cancellation of the service, being reported to HR (for corporate customers) and even legal action.
Please, let us know immediately if the gym asked for your Daily Token at any other time than at the beginning of your visit / chosen class.

It is the sole responsibility of the gym to ask that customers supply a medical certificate if necessary.
Gyms may require that you complete a health form on your first visit, stating that
you are eligible to participate in physical activities.
For this reason, it may be useful to arrive earlier on your first visit in case a form needs to be filled out.
